Gambling is defined as the consideration of money in exchange for something of value on a game of chance for a prize.

Prostitution

If prostitution occurs on a licensed premise the establishment faces fines of $1000 for the first offense and revocation on a second offense.

Management

Management skills are an integral part of any successful business. Ignorance of the state beverage laws is not an excuse from prosecution.
